The Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nermin Nikšić, discussed with the Special Representative of the Republic of Slovenia for the Western Balkans, Anžej Frangeš, the current political situation in BiH, as well as the challenges and opportunities for overcoming the current political crisis through dialogue and institutional cooperation.

At the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Government of the Federation of BiH in Sarajevo, Nikšić emphasized the importance of continuing the reform processes, as well as preserving the institutional framework that enables our country’s progress on the path to membership in the European Union.

In this context, he expressed special gratitude to the Republic of Slovenia for its continued support to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the process of European integration.

Nikšić also emphasized that the Government of the Federation of BiH is firmly committed to continuing to adopt and implement reform laws, especially when it comes to the economy and improving the living standards of citizens.

The interlocutors agreed that stability, dialogue and mutual cooperation, as well as constructive action by all levels of government, are key to the country’s progress. They expressed mutual readiness to strengthen bilateral relations and partnership initiatives in order to support our country’s European integration.
