On the occasion of the terrible accident that happened today at the largest construction site in the city of Hamburg, in which at least five workers were killed when they fell from the scaffolding, the stated from the embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Germany, that there were no BiH nationals among the victims.

According to the official data that BiH Ambassador Damir Arnaut received from the police in Hamburg, there are no BiH citizens among the workers who have been identified so far.

According to local media Mopo, construction scaffolding collapsed from several floors, and many workers were buried underneath.

“Several workers, probably ten of them, were buried in the elevator shaft. The rescue operation is currently extremely difficult,” the fire service stated.

Unfortunately, there is a possibility that the number of victims will increase, Klix.ba reports.
