President of the Council of the Notariats of the European Union (CNUE) Paolo Pasqualis and members of the Notary Chamber of the Federal Republic of Germany, and the International Union of Latin Notary (Union Internationale du Notariat – UINL) / the Commission for International Cooperation of Notaries (Commission Coopération Notariale Internationale – CCNI) will be staying in a visit to BiH from May 8 until May 10.
“Their arrival is very important for us and it confirms the reputation that the Notary Chamber of FBiH enjoys in international organizations which gather notaries. Apart from a visit to the Notary Chamber of FBiH, also foreseen is that the members of the delegation separately meet with the Prime Minister of FBiH Fadil Novalić and the national and federal ministers of justice Josip Grubeš and Mato Jozić. Main topic will certainly be the implications of the recent verdict by the Constitutional Court of BiH regarding the entity law on notaries,” stated the President of the Notary Chamber of BiH Adem Jakupović.
The high international notary delegation also includes the Vice-President of the International Union of Latin Notary (Union Internationale du Notariat – UINL) / the Commission for International Cooperation of Notaries (Commission Coopération Notariale Internationale – CCNI) Dr. Hanns-Jakob Puetzer, President of the Notary Chamber of Germany Dr. Jens Bormann, and a member of this chamber, Karlo Tomašić.
