Official Celebration of BH Telecom Day and Announced New Services

bhtelecomBH Telecom today in Sarajevo Gala Academy celebrated the 5th September, the Day of Company.

Addressing the participants, the general Director of BH Telecom Nedžad Rešidbegović stressed that Day of Company is to commemorate the 5th September 1993, when in the most difficult war conditions, the experts of the company managed to install and put into operation the international satellite to link Bosnia and Herzegovina – Switzerland (Sarajevo – Basel), using the international code 387, assigned to B&H by the International Telecommunication Union / ITU / via EUTELSAT.

He underlined that BH Telecom since 2006 offers all kinds of services that back then existed in the world and with their work ensured that Bosnia and Herzegovina to not be in colonial dependence of the world.

Executive Director of the Executive Directorate of Business Development BH Telecom Hamdo Katica announced the upcoming implementation of  Moja TV To Go, which will allow users to watch TV programs anywhere and anytime – via smart phones, tablets and other devices with the possibility of receiving multimedia content.

He added that users will be able to choose for their needs optimal period of using this service for a fee on daily or monthly basis.

Katica pointed out that in the focus of BH Telecom will be the development of all types of Internet access, especially mobile internet, the sophisticated offers of designed demanding users, and a pilot project 4G/LTE network.

As it was said, during September for a KM will be possible to be the user of the services of BH Telecom such as MojaTV, subscription packages BH Mobile, fixed telephone connections, xDSL, mInternet packages, and many others.

At today’s ceremony was promoted the monograph “BH Telecom Services for the development of information in B&H society“.
