raifeissenAfter writings of the media in the region that Raiffeisen Bank is to withdraw from Albania, BiH and Kosovo, a statement was received from the director of Raiffeisen Bank Karlheinz Dobnigg, stating that this information is not accurate.

“Given the recent writings in some media that Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) is considering the option of withdrawing from the BiH, I would like to emphasize that this information is not accurate and that it is a commentary and a report by the Financial Times journalist,”Dobnigg said.

Dobnigg stated that Raiffeisen Bank in BiH has been operating steadily and that they are opening its 97th branch this year.

“I’m proud that this year we are marking 25 years of work and growth on this market. As one of the leading banks in BiH in the period ahead, we will continue to invest in new technologies in order to remain a trusted partner to all of our customers” said Dobnigg.
