On the occasion of May 9th, marking the Day of Victory over Fascism and Day of Europe, the Old Bridge in Mostar was illuminated on Thursday evening with the colors of the European Union flag.
Residents of Mostar witnessed to another unusual sight in the UNESCO-protected area of the old city center of Mostar as Mostar once again sent a message that BiH belongs to Europe.
The Directorate for European Integration, along with the Old Bridge itself, promoted its slogan “Embrace Diversity”, which was supported by the activists of the Center for Peace and Multiethnic Cooperation in Mostar.
