Older users of soup kitchens in Sarajevo Canton will be served food at home, according to a decision made by the Government of Sarajevo Canton at the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees, Fena news agency reports.
This action will be carried out in cooperation with soup kitchens in Sarajevo Canton: Central Soup Kitchen – Red Cross of Sarajevo Canton, “Merhamet”, “St. Anthony’s Bread”, “Stari Grad”, “Jelo na Kotacima” and “Dobrotvor”. “Caring for the most vulnerable citizens is a priority for all of us in the ministry.
This way, I once again urge the elderly to stay in their homes, and we will make sure that we make it easier for them during the emergency situation in Sarajevo Canton,” Minister Jasna Agic said.
