At the moment, Oman has a total of 600 million EUR ready to invest in good projects in the RS and the FBiH, as announced after the meeting of the Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of the RS Petar Djokic and Chairman of “El Badi Investment Group” from Oman, Sheik Abdulah el Badi.

Djokic presented opportunities for investment in the energy sector and food production, as well as the potential for tourism development to his guests from Oman, as stated from the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining of the RS.

He recalled that the former Yugoslavia and Arab countries had very good business relations and noted that Oman recognized the RS as a desirable destination for its investments. Djokic also added that the RS has an open policy towards all possible investors.

Sheik Abdulah el Badi noted that the regulations in the RS are very stimulating for them as investors and they are ready to invest in the territory of the RS and the FBiH.

“Oman is well-known for its tolerance, we do not divide people and we want progress for everyone,” noted Sheik Badi, adding that they want the maximum engagement of domestic economy during the realization of the project.

“El Badi Group” is one of the most successful groups in Oman. It includes a large number of companies that are operating in the fields of industrial production, construction, trade, tourism, mediation and advertisement.
