EU Delegation in BiH – ambassador of Germany and ambassador of France will organize on Tuesday in Sarajevo a reception on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Élysée Treaty. It was announced that people from economic, political and cultural spheres of BiH will attend the reception. Élysée Treaty was concluded by Charles de Gaulle and Konrad Adenauer on 22 January 1963. It set the seal on reconciliation between the two countries. With it, Germany and France established a new foundation for relations that ended centuries of rivalry between them.
