One new Case of Coronavirus recorded in Sarajevo

In the past 24 hours, only one new case of coronavirus infection was confirmed in the Sarajevo Canton, 439 people were tested, and eight people recovered from the Covid-19 infection.

In the same period, there were no deaths from the consequences of this infection.

Currently, 27 patients are being treated at the hospital, 15 at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo, and at the General Hospital "Prim.dr. Abdulah Nakas ”12. There are no patients on a respirator, also, tehre are no patients who use oxygen breathing support.

Today, Sarajevo Canton records 93 active cases of Covid-19 infection. There are currently 736 people in self-isolation. Since the beginning of the pandemic in the Sarajevo Canton, a total of 52,659 people infected with coronavirus and 51,281 cured have been registered.

According to the data of the Institute of Public Health of CS, in the past seven days the average number of infected is three, while the weekly incidence, ie the number of patients per 100,000 inhabitants, is six.
