The construction of the Primary School “Hasan Kikic” in Tetovo near Zenica is taking place in accordance with plans, and it will be the most modern school in BiH in the new school year and it will provide the best conditions for children and employees.
The Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton Miralem Galijasevic visited the construction site and stated that the first phase of the project will be completed in a few days, after which will start the implementation of the second phase, which will include the interior decoration of the building and the installation of carpentry.
“We allocated 1.2 million BAM for the first phase, after which will follow the second phase and equipping the school in the amount of 1.1 million BAM. We provided the entire amount for completion of both phases. Works are taking place as planned, and we expect the contractors to finalize them soon. The new school building will be the most beautiful and modern in BiH and it will provide the best conditions for the process of teaching and school stay for our children and employees,” noted Galijasevic.
The new building of the Elementary School “Hasan Kikic” will be the first newly constructed school in the Zenica-Doboj Canton after the war. The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Zenica-Doboj Canton Mensur Sinanovic stated that the works should be completed by the end of the year.
The object will have eight classrooms, two multipurpose rooms, rooms for management, premises that will be used for physical education, a playground for younger children, as well as sports field for children of all ages.
