The police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) together with the police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina arrested one person at Sarajevo International Airport on suspicion of having committed the crimes of “Organizing a terrorist group”, “Illegal formation and joining of foreign paramilitaries or parapolice organizations” in connection with the crime of “Terrorism” prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The arrested person was taken to the premises of SIPA for criminal processing and interrogation as a suspect, after which he will be handed over to the further jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the time limit stipulated by law, SIPA announced.
