One Strong and Over Thirty lower Intensity Earthquakes registered in BiH

After the first, magnitude 5, 7 on the Richter scale, over 30 earthquakes of lower intensity were recorded in Herzegovina. These are the data of the Republic Seismological Institute of Serbia.

The strongest was this morning at 4.20, which had a strength of 4.4 degrees on the Richter scale. At 2.59, the strength was 4.3 degrees, at 2.02 it was 2.6 degrees, and at 1.55 it was 2.9 on the Richter scale. The epicenters of all the earthquakes were near Stolac.

Just a few minutes after the first one, an earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale was recorded. Its epicenter was 23 kilometers southeast of Nevesinje at a depth of two kilometers, RTRS reports.

About an hour later another earthquake occurred in this area. According to the EMSC, it was 3.9 degrees. The epicenter of the last quake was 18 kilometers northeast of Stolac at a depth of 10 kilometers.
