The teacher employed at the Umihana Cuvidina Elementary School in Sarajevo has been infected with the coronavirus, Klix.ba has learned. It is an asymptomatic case without any health problems and since she was in contact with a certain number of other teaching staff in the previous period, the recommended measures are followed.

Also, none of the teaching staff has been in contact with the students so the parents have no reason to fear.

It will be known tomorrow the latest how many people will be in self-isolation, and the beginning of classes in that school will probably be adjusted to the online system, which will determine the number of teachers who have to be isolated.

The Minister of Education of the Sarajevo Canton, Anis Krivic, was informed about the case of the infection, as was the Cantonal Education Trade Union. Currently, all measures are being implemented and the recommendations are being followed.
