Hotel “Marriott Residence Inn”, which is being built at the attractive location of Čobanija in the center of Sarajevo is expected to be finished in September of this year. This is the first world hotel brand in B&H, which is a part of the leading hospitality company Marriot International, more than 80 years old.
The future hotel will have 75 rooms on five floors and every room will have a fully equipped kitchen, and free laundry service and breakfast. The hotel will also have a fitness studio and sauna, and other hotel services that will be available 24 hours a day.
‘’24 people will be employed, and the process of the appointment of the Board of Directors is underway. It will also be the only one that will have the mar Inn in Sarajevo’’, said to klix.ba Enes Kazazić, Director of the Company for Investment in Southern Europe (SEIC), which is an investor.
The value of the investment is 15 million BAM, and the contractor is Strabag.
