An orange weather alert is in effect in Bosnia and Herzegovina today, due to the air temperature, which will range from 33 to 38 degrees, and in the far south it will be a few degrees higher. The warning was also issued due to the high index of UV radiation.

The population is advised to take precautionary measures, and disruptions to daily routines can be expected, which is why, if necessary, outdoor activities should be suspended.

High air temperature can lead to health risks among vulnerable people, especially the elderly and the very young, according to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina today will be sunny weather with low to moderate cloudiness. At the end of the day, in some places in the northern and western areas, with increasing cloudiness, rain or short-term showers are possible.

The wind in Bosnia is weak from the north-east direction, and in Herzegovina from the south-west. Morning temperature from 14 to 20, in the south of the country up to 25, and the highest daily temperature from 33 to 38 degrees.

In Sarajevo, it will be sunny weather with low to moderate cloudiness. The morning temperature is around 16, and the highest daily temperature is around 35 degrees.
