The Head of the OSCE Mission to BiH, Ambassador Fletcher M. Burton and the Minister of Security of BiH Fahrudin Radončić spoke about the political situation in our country, as well as the European future of BiH.

It is said that some of the priorities of the BiH Ministry of security are the fight against human trafficking, terrorism, and the fight against systematic corruption. The Ministry is planning a series of activities whose goal is to strengthen the institutional capacities of the BiH Ministry of security and harmonize legal legislation with the European Association of Euro-Atlantic integration.

Ambassador Burton pointed out that BiH, and especially the Ministry of Security can expect the full support of the OSCE Mission to BiH.

In this direction assistance in fulfilling the tasks that is leading our country towards Europe can be expected, such as supporting the activities of the Ministry in the fight against human trafficking.

It was said that in combatting human trafficking and related crimes, it is expected that there will be harmonization of BiH legislation and compliance with the standards of criminal law in the Convention of the Council of Europe, EU, OSCE and UN, which deal with protecting human rights.
