OSCE: Roundtable on the Implementation of the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination in B&H

diskriminacijaThe OSCE Mission in B&H will organize a round table on the topic of the procedural provision of the Law on the prohibition of discrimination, on Thursday and Friday, 21 and 22 November 2013 on Jahorina.

The protection from discrimination in administrative procedures, procedural violation of the law on prohibition of discrimination as well as the experience of Croatia in harmonizing the law of anti-discrimination with the acquis of the EU are the topics of the discussion.

The legal experts of the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees in B&H and legislative institutions, professors of University and representatives of NGOs will speak about different aspects of these topics.
