Otoka in Sarajevo is the largest Construction Site in BiH (video)

roundabout OtokaOtoka, the settlement in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is one of the largest construction sites in BiH, as construction of several residential and business buildings is currently under way. Namely, some of them have recently been completed and some are active only on paper and will be completed in the following years.

The Otoka settlement is currently dominated by the complex of the Nova Otoka buildings, that are all almost inhabited a great number of shops and cafés are opened.

Behind this complex, on the other side of the Dzemala Bijedica Street, there is the Dijamant building, and recently, the construction of the Veneto building, started as well. Its competition will be completed next year.

On the other side of Bulevara Mese Selimovic street, near Miljacka River, on the site of a former recreational field, is currently the construction of the Butmir’s residential and business building.

In addition, several other facilities could be launched in the future. The space behind the health center Kumrovec belongs to the ASA Prevent group, and there will be new buildings there soon as well.
