The Russian Foreign minister Sergej Lavrov, said today that, despite the tensions on the Balkans, everyone should keep in mind that the outbreak of the armed conflict should not be allowed.
Moreover, he added that the Forces of Kosovo Albanians should not be present in the area of the northern Kosovo which is inhabited by Serbs.
The European Union is obliged to calm down the situation and to enable the implementation of the agreements reached between the Belgrade and Pristina” added Lavrov at the annual conference for journalists in Moscow.
