Representatives of the companies “Autoputevi Republike Srpske” and “Integral inzenjering” signed an agreement in Banja Luka yesterday on the design and construction of a highway on Corridor Vc through Republika Srpska, in the direction from Rudanka to Putnikovo Brdo.

The contract was signed by the director of “Autoputeva Republike Srpske” Dusan Topic, the acting executive director for technical affairs of this company Milenko Dakic and the director of “Integral Engineering” Slobodan Stankovic.

The agreed value of the works is 93,719,409 euros, the deadline for completion is three years, and the project will be financed with a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as well as non-refundable funds from the Investment Framework for the Western Balkans.

It is a section about six kilometers long, which is characterized by several demanding facilities, such as a bridge over the river Bosna, a viaduct, an overpass and two tunnels.

The signing of the agreement was attended by the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Viskovic, and the Minister of Transport and Communications of the RS, Nedeljko Coric.
