Over Two Million BAM allocated as Financial Assistance to Mothers in Canton Sarajevo

The Ministry of Labor, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees of Sarajevo Canton (KS) informs the beneficiaries of the rights on the basis of protection of families with children in Sarajevo Canton that today they will be able to take their February fees in banks where they have current accounts.

For this purpose, the ministry allocated funds in the amount of 2,369,036.39 BAM. The mentioned funds were allocated for 10,137 beneficiaries of the right to: child allowance, compensation instead of salary for a woman-mother in employment while absent from work due to pregnancy, childbirth and child care, financial assistance during pregnancy and childbirth of a non-employed woman-mother and one-time assistance for the equipment of a newborn child.
