Overwhelming Photo after the Death of Colleague…

12894428_1747675805469096_486665476_oDeminers are working heroic and one of the hardest jobs in the world. Every day, they go out of their homes, leaving their families, to make lives of the citizens of our country safer.

Moreover, they are risking their lives every day.

Many of them, unfortunately, got killed while removing mines all across BiH. This way, 33 – year-old Albin Memcic from Zepce lost his life as well. He got killed couple of days ago in a returnee settlement Hajvazi, which is located in the municipality Osmaci, between Kalesija and Zvornik.

In this place, we found overwhelmed deminers who were crying over the loss of their colleague.

We made photo of one of them, who was going through the orchard with his head bowed, returning to the spot where his colleague was killed, in a minefield. At the moment when the photo was taken, he was adjusting the protective demining vest.

You can see a wedding ring on his hand.
