Mother of the young man David Dragicevic, Suzana Radanovic and the father of the murdered young man Dzenan Memic, Muriz Memic, will today meet with European Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn in the EU Delegation in Sarajevo.
Radanovic and Memic will meet Hahn with obstructions in investigations that are conducted in the wrong direction.
The death of David Dragicevic was not solved one year after his body was found on March 24th, 2018, near Crkvena River in Banja Luka. The boy’s parents exhumed the remains and buried him at a cemetery near Vienna.
For more than three years, Memic family fights the legal battle to find out how Dzenan suffered an injury on the night of February 8th, 2016 in Velika Aleja in Ilidza.
The young man passed away on February 15th, and the Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton Sarajevo filed an indictment against Ljubo and Bekrija Seferovic for a traffic accident. The court has opened a number of questions, and in the verdict, it was stated that there is no evidence indicating that there has been a traffic accident at all and that the injuries to Dzenan Memic do not correspond to those on the vehicle.
The Memic family organized numerous protests in search of the truth, and one of the demands was the resignation of Major Cantonal Prosecutor Dalida Burzic. Instead of resignation or resignation, Burzic was appointed in February for a judge of the Court of BiH.
