A Part of Šamac is Still Under the Water

poplave_samacParts of the city Jugovići, Duga and the street Prote Nenadovića in municipality Šamac are still under the water and the residents are evacuated.

Civil Protection of RS specified that in those parts of the municipality where the water has withdrawn, cleaning and disinfection is taking place.

Removal of dead livestock is done and currently driving away the waste and garbage is taking place.

Shelves, gloves,  boots, hygienic and disinfectant means are needed in Šamac.., and there are food supplies enough for seven days, confirmed the Mayor of this municipality Savo Minić.

Pumps for water are particularly needed and in the upcoming period will take place the reconstruction of damages caused by floods in buildings.

According to Minić, everyday in Šamac come volunteers and they clean together with residents of Šamac.
