Permanent delegation of the BiH Parliament will attend the first part of the ordinary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

Permanent delegation of the BiH Parliament consisting of Milica Marković, Ismeta Dervoz, Borjana Krišto, Saša Magazinović, Senad Šepić i Mladen Ivanić will attend the first part of the ordinary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) which will be held in Strasbourg from 21 – 25 January 2013.

At the beginning of the session, the election of vice-president and the members of PACE will be held.

The main topics of the session, among others will be : ‘Kosovo Situation and the role of the Council of Europe’, ‘Activities of the European Development and Reconstruction Bank’ and ‘ Georgia and Russia: Humanitarian situation in the war torn region’.

They will also exchange opinions in relation with the respect of obligations and engagement of Azerbaijan; Convention of the Council of Europe against the trafficking of human organs, tissues and cells; the situation of press freedom in Europe; post monitoring dialogue with Bulgaria, equality of sexes, and the harmonization of family and professional life and the division of responsibilities, as well as trade, immigrant workers for forced labour.
