Peter Sorensen and Diplomats of EU Member States to Visit Stolac

sorensen zvanična (1)The Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina/EU Special Representative, Ambassador Peter Sorensen, together with H.E. Andrej Grasselli, Ambassador of Slovenia, H.E. Filip Teodorescu, Ambassador of Romania, H.E. Tomáš Szunyog, Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Mr Jean-Pierre Biebuyck, Head of the Diplomatic Bureau of Belgium,and Mr Pelle Persson, Chargé d’Affaires and Director Development Cooperation, Embassy of Sweden will visit Stolac on Friday 5 July 2013.

The European Union recognises the valuable role of municipal authorities in the process of EU integration, economic development and the protection of cultural heritage – three subjects that will be on the agenda in the various meetings during the day.

In addition to meeting the municipal authorities, Ambassador Sorensen and the colleagues from Member States will visit the Old Town Stolac cultural heritage development, meet with local school principals and visit the economic-business zone Hodovo, announced the EU Delegation to BiH.
