Police arrested Fifteen Persons in Sarajevo

As part of the operation codenamed “Abstergo”, 15 people have been deprived of their freedom so far. The suspects are undergoing criminal processing at the Canton Sarajevo Ministry of Interior, the CS Prosecutor’s Office announced.

This prosecutor’s office previously announced that the police officers of the Police Directorate of the CS MoI, on the order of the acting prosecutors of the CS Prosecutor’s Office, this morning began the implementation of the operation codenamed “Abstergo” due to the suspicion of the commission of the criminal offenses of Abuse of position or authority and Receiving a reward or other form of benefit for influence peddling.

They are charged with accepting bribes from candidates who took the driving test, the CS Prosecutor’s Office announced.
