On December 3, 2022, the police officers of the Banjaluka Police Administration, under the supervision of the duty prosecutor of the Banjaluka District Public Prosecutor’s Office, identified and arrested the person with the initials D.M. from Banja Luka due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that on December 2, 2022, around 7:40 p.m., he committed the criminal offense of murder, announced the Banjaluka Police Department.

The criminal investigation of the mentioned person is ongoing, according to the announcement.

By order of the acting prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office of Banjaluka, the said person will be taken to the District Public Prosecutor’s Office of Banjaluka after completing the criminal investigation and completing and documenting the case along with the Report on the committed criminal offense.

New details about the crime: He waited for him at “Delta” and stabbed him

The attacker, who killed Ariel Bogdanović (28) with a knife last night in Banja Luka, first stabbed the 28-year-old near the “Delta” shopping center, the sources of “Nezavisne Novina” reveal.

“He waited there and stabbed him. Bogdanović then starts to run away, but the assailant runs after him all the way to the ‘Nestro’ pump, where he stabbed him at least seven more times,” our sources point out.

As media learns, thirty-six-year-old Dalibor Mandić from Banjaluka, who worked with Bogdanović, was arrested for this crime. Jealousy is cited as one of the possible motives for the crime.
