Political Academy “Green Cities” Began

Logo_ZG-300x212Centre for Political Studies in cooperation with the Foundation Heinrich Böll organizes the Political Academy called “Green cities” on 23– 25 October in Sarajevo.

The main goal of this academy is to educate young politicians as NGO activists in terms of green policy and so they can also actively participate in all aspects of political life, announced the organizers of the academy.

The focus of political academy places the city as an extremely important phenomenon of the modern world.

Also, other objectives include the regaining of confidence in policies of democracy as a course of action to solve social and environmental problems and to improve the quality of life, and then the knowledge of political alternatives with the focus is quality of life and sustainable livelihoods, as well as the motivation for citizen and political engagement.
