The workshop manual titled “Cultural Heritage is IN” will be presented tomorrow in Brusa-bezistan.
The Foundation for Local Democracy with the partner organizations Association for intercultural activities and rescue heritage of B&H (AIASNa) and Bedem in cooperation with the Museum Sarajevo have created an innovative guide by professionals of cultural heritage through a project with the same title.
Through practical group workshops, the manual will enable young people to have a better perception of the importance of heritage, its beauty, the threads that connect all people and nations, including minorities in B&H.
The manual is divided in two characteristic and touristic periods of the history of Municipality Stari Grad, Sarajevo and B&H.
This project is being implemented within the UNDP project “Strengthening local democracy/democracy III-LOD III” financed by EU from the funds of Instruments for Pre-Accesion Assistance (IPA) in the amount of 2 million Euros and in cooperation with the municipality Stari Grad Sarajevo, announced the Foundation for Local Democracy.
