President of FBiH Živko Budimir repealed the earlier decision to accept the resignation of the Minister of Physical Planning of FBiH and Deputy Prime Minister of FBiH Desnica Radivojević, and with this decision Radivojević will return to the position of Minister of Physical Planning and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of FBiH.

President of FBiH issued a decision guided by the interests of citizens of the FBiH and also to stop the crisis provoked by the political structures that did not care about the prosperity of FBiH, said Budimir.

Radivojević sent a written request to Budimir on 18th December to review Radivojević’s resignation decision. Radivojević added that he is willing to continue with his duties in the interest of citiziens. For the first time, he didn’t deny that he indeed did offer a resignation.

Decision of Radivojević’s return to Government was passed in order to ensure the functioning of the Government of FBiH and also solving the crisis in FBiH.

Based on the judgment of the Constitutional Court of the FBiH ,Budimir was given an opportunity, within the framework of its powers, to reconsider a decision to accept the resignation of Radivojevic.

On 22 June,Budimir issued a decision to oust Desnica Radivojević from the position of Deputy Chairman of the Government of FBiH and the Minister of Physical Planning of FBiH.

As stated from the office of Živko Budimir, this decision came after the request from Radivojević for relief from these functions came to the address of the president of FBiH.
