President of Italy welcomes BiH Presidency Chairman with the highest State Honors

With the highest state and military honors, the President of the Republic of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, welcomed the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, at the Quirinale Palace in Rome, the official residence of the Italian President.

The official visit to the Republic of Italy, one of the leading powers of the EU, is a continuation of the intense diplomatic activities of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Denis Bećirović. This is the first official visit to Italy by the Chairman of the BiH Presidency after seventeen years.

After the reception in Rome, the meeting of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Denis Bećirović, with the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, begins.

Also, after the meeting in the Quirinale Palace, President Mattarella will host a festive lunch in honor of Chairman Bećirović, the BiH Presidency announced.
