President of the National Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina entity Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić spoke out after the Canada Genocide Research Institute filed a criminal complaint against him with the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Stevandić pointed out that he rejects and denies all the allegations of the IGC, saying that it is a continuation of subterfuge and lies.
“It’s all a recycling of old lies. Similar attempts have been made many times and there was never even the slightest basis as there is none now. It is complete idiocy that they want to use Schmidt or American sanctions as a basis. It is just another form of pressure and an attempt to incapacitate those who lead, represent and defend the Republika Srpska. It will be difficult to find a cleaner war past than mine. Lies do not prove the truth, but the exact opposite, which will happen this time as well. With great pride and peace, I bear and expose all insinuations and lies,” said Stevandic.
We would like to remind you that the Canada Genocide Research Institute has filed a criminal complaint against Stevandić on suspicion of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity during the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition to the criminal complaint, they also called on the high representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, to use the Bonn powers to sanction the President of the Assembly of the NSRS, Nenad Stevandić, by banning him from holding any political office, Klix.ba reports.
