Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and the delegation from Serbia are on a two-day visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the visit, a series of meetings and activities are planned, and the reason for the visit is the commemoration of the Day of Remembrance of all the Serbs who died and were exiled during the “Storm”.
At 11 a.m., the delegation laid wreaths at the memorial on Petrovačka cesta, and then the meeting of the Council for Cooperation between Republika Srpska and Serbia began.
Let us remind you that a meeting of the governments of Republika Srpska and Serbia is underway in Banja Luka. It is also planned to hold a session of the Council for Cooperation. Previously, a meeting was held between the prime ministers of Republika Srpska and Serbia, Radovan Višković and Ana Brnabić.
The signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation on the realization of the project of building two memorial centers dedicated to the victims of Jasenovac in Gradina and Belgrade is planned.
Also, a series of bilateral meetings will be held.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, together with the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and member of the Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, visited the newly built “Srbija” kindergarten in Srbac yesterday, and before that, Dodik, Vučić and Patriarch Porfirije talked in the Osovica monastery.
