The Sarajevo Municipal Court, at the proposal of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office, imposed prohibitive measures on the defendants in the “Envelope” case.

Muhamed Ajanović was banned from performing his duties as dean and professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, from visiting the Faculty of Dentistry, the Cantonal Administration for Inspection Affairs and the Cantonal Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth, and was also banned from contacting and meeting with witnesses. Dalila Hakalović was also banned from performing her duties as the Chief Educational Inspector of the Cantonal Educational Service, from visiting the inspection building, the Faculty of Dentistry, and from meeting and contacting witnesses.

Endi Pavić Pečenković was banned from performing her duties as a minister in the Cantonal Government and was banned from meeting and contacting witnesses. Dženita Viteškić was banned from performing her duties as Assistant Minister for Higher Education and was banned from meeting and contacting witnesses.

Members of the Board of Directors of the University of Sarajevo were banned from performing their duties on the Board of Directors, and from meeting and contacting witnesses. At the same time, the court only rejected the prosecution’s proposal to impose measures prohibiting the accused Muhamed Ajanović from leaving his place of residence and traveling, as well as prohibiting measures to seize his travel documents. The Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office will appeal this part of the decision, the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office announced.
