M.J. it is suspected that from February 10, 2021 to December 16, 2022, it visited websites that contained materials with photographs of child pornography, after which he repeatedly obtained child pornography content for itself or others.

The judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Basic Court in Banja Luka will decide on the proposal for the detention measure.

The detention measure was also proposed for a person whose initials are R.E. from Prnjavor, suspected of the criminal offense of exploiting children for pornography.

From January 1, 2022 to January 27 of this year, the suspect visited websites with photographs of child pornography, after which he repeatedly obtained such content for himself or others from the aforementioned websites.

The judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Basic Court in Prnjavor will decide on the proposal for the detention measure, the Prosecutor’s Office stated.

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Republika Srpska arrested nine people yesterday on suspicion of having committed crimes in the previous period of sexual exploitation of children for pornography, money laundering and illegal production and trafficking of weapons or explosive materials, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
