Prosecutors Office comments on Indictments in Cases related to Sky and Anom Appications

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed indictments in 20 cases related to the encrypted applications “Sky” and “Anom” involving 105 people as of March 31, the prosecutor’s office announced.

These are cases for the period 2021-2026.

They added that the information on indictments from these cases has been updated on the website of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH as of March 31.

The statement stated that the information on the total number of filed and confirmed indictments, final verdicts based on plea agreements and verdicts in regular court proceedings, the number of suspects and accused included in the cases who were employees of the police and law enforcement agencies has been updated.

“Data on implemented police actions, seizures, as well as other important data have been supplemented. After the materials received, 35 new cases were formed last year and this year – 12 in 2025 and 23 in 2026. In the current year, prosecutorial decisions are expected in previously initiated investigations,” the Prosecutor’s Office points out.
