Prosecutor’s Office informed after Student glorified convicted War Criminal Ratko Mladic

The police department of the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton received several reports regarding the fact that a student of the Faculty of Criminology, Criminology and Security Studies in Sarajevo glorified war criminals and spread hatred on social networks on July 11, the 28th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica, it was reported from of the CSMoI.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been informed about this case.

“The on-duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was informed, who stated that the aforementioned event qualifies as a criminal offense of Inciting national, racial and religious hatred, discord and intolerance from Article 145a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the complete operational material be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina “, the announcement states.

A peaceful gathering of students has been announced for today in the Campus of the University of Sarajevo, more precisely in front of the Faculty of Criminology, Criminology and Security Studies.
