Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has so far indicted more than 900 Persons for War Crimes

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has so far indicted more than 900 persons from all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina for war crimes and grave violations of international humanitarian law, the institution said.

“Based on the indictments of this institution, final verdicts have been handed down for more than 3,200 years in prison for war crimes, which speaks volumes about the commitment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to punish war crimes and strengthen the rule of law,” they said.

As they stated, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has fully complied with all deadlines and obligations from the Revised State Strategy for Work on War Crimes Cases.

“The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, in accordance with the Revised State Strategy, is not obliged to submit to the Council of Ministers reports on cases with the standard mark” A “.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH is obliged to submit the above data, in accordance with Annex “B” of the Revised State Strategy, to the supervisory body for monitoring the implementation of the Revised State Strategy, which has not yet been formed, “the Prosecutor’s Office said.
