The organization Platform Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)announced that protests of BiH citizens will be held on January 10th in Brussels in order to point out to international officials and the world public that, as they say, it is important to stop all secessionist and anti-constitutional activities carried out by the authorities of the Republika Srpska (RS) entity and keep peace in our country.

The organizers invited BiH citizens to go out to the streets in other cities in Europe and the world with the same messages. Meanwhile, protests have been announced in Geneva, London, Ottawa, Toronto, Oslo, Rome, Vienna, Stockholm, Gothenburg (and other Swedish cities), and also in Sarajevo and Tuzla.

A letter will be read at the central protest in Brussels, which will be handed to the most important European officials. The letter will also be sent to the president of the United States (U.S.) and several other world leaders, including the prime ministers of the United Kingdom (UK), France, and Germany.

”We would like to point out that this gathering is a sign of concern and patriotism, and does not aim to promote any political option or be directed against any people in BiH. The events we have been witnessing in past months are seriously endangering peace, and that is why it is our duty to speak out and clearly say that we don’t want divisions and war once again, ” told Hamdija Draganovic from Platform BiH.

”After this gathering, a letter of support will be sent on behalf ofthe organizers and all participants to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH with a request to prosecute all parties and individuals who violate the laws and rule of law in BiH, ” it was announced by the Platform BiH.
