lokomThe Municipal Council of Novi Grad Sarajevo unanimously adopted at its last meeting a business report for 2013 of the public company ‘Lokom’ d.o.o. Municipality Novi Grad. In that year, the company had a total turnover of 814.750 BAM, which is 125.388 BAM higher than in the same period in 2012.

Compared to other companies, councilors said that this is a good example to others how one public company can conduct business positively through a lot of effort, despite the difficult economic situation.

Acting Director of “Lokom” Ramiz Duraković said that through the organization of a number of sports, cultural and other events they managed to attract a large number of sports clubs, associations, as well as group and individual consumers, which resulted in around 200.000 visitors in 2013.

‘’The number of visitors is complemented with another 20.000 visitors to Parka šuma Mojmilo’’ announced Duraković. He added that during this period the Municipality reduced the financing of this company from 400.000 BAM to 300.000 BAM.
