Average Price of new Apartments sold in Bosnia-Herzegovina increased by Ten Percent

The average price of new apartments sold in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the fourth quarter of last year was 1,751 BAM per square meter, which is 8.5 percent higher than in the same period of 2018.

According to the BiH Agency for Statistics, the average price of new apartments sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 was 9.8 percent higher than the average price of new apartments sold a year earlier.

The number of new apartments sold last year was 57.2 percent higher than in the same period in 2018 and 114 percent higher than the average number of new apartments sold in 2018.

The area of ​​new apartments sold in the fourth quarter of last year compared to the same period in 2018 increased by 48.7 percent and increased by 104 percent over the average area of ​​new apartments sold in 2018.
