kardThe Archbishop Metropolitan of Vrhbosna, cardinal Vinko Puljić congratulated Bajram to Husein Kavazović, the Grand Mufti of the Islamic community in B&H.

“Our holidays should inspire us to believe in God and to build a society where people will have their dignity. That dignity should be established through equality and respect for those who are different.” – stated cardinal Puljić for Fena Agency.

He also pointed out that believing in almighty God should encourage us to build this country in unity and equality so every citizen of this country could feel safe in it, no matter what religion or nation.

He said that he supports the message Kavazović sent to people for Bajram, e.g. to avoid fights, conflicts and any kind of hatred so we could all, through forgiving and reconciliation, build a better life together.
