Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak by phone with US President Donald Trump today, and the conversation is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. Central European Time, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
He reminded reporters that Trump had announced the conversation yesterday.
Peskov noted that today’s conversation is important in light of the negotiations held in Istanbul.
The Kremlin spokesman stressed that the public will be informed about the results of today’s conversation.
