The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) has announced a tender for the equipment of the Museum of Money, which it plans to open on the ground floor of its central office in Sarajevo.

They intend to create, as described in the tender, a modern, functional and technologically equipped museum with an educational purpose, which will present the history of money, the BH monetary system and the role of the Central Bank. The museum will have interactive and multimedia solutions.

It is required that all equipment must be made of high-quality, durable and fire-resistant materials that, among other things, must be certified.

Bidders will have to submit an implementation plan with clearly defined phases and offer a guarantee with a minimum duration of 24 months. In addition, the selected bidder will have to train Central Bank employees on how to operate the display cases.

When it comes to the interactive museum display, it refers to the items “Ask the Governor”, “What the Boss Thinks”, “Trafficking”, “Find the Counterfeit” and “My CBBH Banknote. With the interactive display “My CBBH Banknote”, visitors will be able to personalize their souvenir.

This is a tender worth 300 thousand BAM, and the selected bidder will have 90 days from the time of introduction to the business to implement it.
