The former vice-president of the Serbian List, Milan Radoičić, was heard today at the High Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, where he denied the criminal acts charged against him, and in the investigation order it is written that he procured ammunition and explosive devices of great destructive power from Tuzla.
Radoičić was interrogated on suspicion of having, for the time being, several unknown persons, committed the criminal offenses of conspiracy to commit criminal offences, illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of firearms and explosive substances and serious offenses against general security.
After the hearing, the prosecution proposed to the judge for preliminary proceedings of the High Court in Belgrade to order the suspect into custody due to the risk of escape.
The order to conduct the investigation covers several, for now, unknown persons, who are charged with serious crimes against general security.
According to the order on the investigation, Radoičić is accused of procuring weapons, ammunition and explosive devices of great destructive power from Tuzla in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina from January to September 24, the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office announced.
Weapons, ammunition and explosives were delivered to him on the territory of Belgrade, most often on the route Bubanj Potok – Vrčin.
Radoičić then transported and stored these weapons in unspecified locations on the territory of Kosovo, where he hid them in abandoned buildings and forests, so as the leader of a group with several unknown persons, by joint action and a generally dangerous action on September 24, he caused a danger to the lives of people in in the town of Banjska in Kosovo, reports RTS.
As a reminder, the police officers of the Criminal Police Directorate detained Milan Radoičić today, who was detained for up to 48 hours.
Radoičić, who by his own admission is the organizer of the attack in the town of Banjska in Kosovo, in which one Kosovo policeman and three members of Radoičić’s armed group were killed, was brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade with a criminal complaint.
