The president of the Croatian Republican Party (HRS) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slaven Raguž, said that he filed criminal charges against SDA president Bakir Izetbegović, director of the Srebrenica Memorial Center Emir Suljagić and former federal minister Reuf Bajrović.
Raguž submitted the application for, as he stated, “inciting national, racial and religious hatred, discord and intolerance”.
“In recent days, anti-Croatian hysteria culminated in BiH, during which all the sincerity of the intentions of the entire Sarajevo politics in the fight for ‘civic Bosnia’ surfaced. The true face of the ‘patriots’ who stood on their last legs, not to defend some of their own, surfaced. rights, but to ensure the denial of rights to others,” Raguž wrote.
He states that there was everything and anything, “from calls to put Croats in wagons, to threats of bloodshed, violence and war”.
“The first is a human shame, and the second, in addition to being a human shame, is also illegal. Those who threaten with weapons, especially those who bid on other people’s lives, must be ready to bear responsibility for it. If they are already fighting for ‘BiH’, then they must be ready for the legal responsibility of that same BiH. As I announced in the media, today a criminal complaint was filed with the Prosecutor’s Office against those responsible for inciting national, racial and religious hatred, discord and intolerance. All warmongering materials, about 20 of them, have been collected “pages and sent to the Prosecutor’s Office. We will inform the international institutions about all this in a timely and valid manner,” emphasized Raguž.
