The association “Obraduj nekoga (Make someone happy)” is implementing the “Ramadan Action” again this year. The main goal of this project is to make the most vulnerable members of our society happy at least during this month so they do not have to think whether they will have something to eat in the morning or not.

Last Ramadan, they managed to help more than 40 families with the support of good people. According to the volunteers of this association, the users of their help were mostly single mothers, families with sick members, families without any income, families who were living without furniture, as well as a fellow citizen who lives in a container that was assigned to him by the municipality.

“This humanitarian action is aimed at helping socially vulnerable families in the form of a Ramadan package that includes some basic foods and hygienic supplies, as well as Eid gifts and maybe another gift in the form of candies for children. This year, we are planning to visit the most vulnerable categories, mostly families who are fasting,” as said from the association.

It is important to emphasize that you can donate whatever you want, and volunteers stated that one bag of pasta or a litre of oil is a big donation for them.

If you want to help you can buy flour, oil, sugar, salt, pasta, rice, beans, tomato sauce, jam, margarine, milk, juice, ketchup, ready-made soups, detergents for laundry and dishes, and cleaning detergents.

“You can deliver your donations to the premises of the association at the address of Himze Polovine 12, from 3:00 p.m.to 6:30 p.m. every working day, with the note that it is for Ramadan action, or in case you are not able to deliver it, you can give us your address and we will connect you with a person in your vicinity who will take over your donation. Our little can be a lot to many people,” stated from this association.

If you want to take part in this humanitarian action by donating money, you can make your payment on the following accounts:
