Real estate prices have skyrocketed this year, and how far the owners have gone is shown by the ad for the sale of an apartment on Grbavica in Sarajevo, where nearly half a million BAM are being asked for 70 square meters.

Indeed, the apartment in Grbavicka street looks great, and the owner and the architect can boast of an excellently designed interior.

However, it should be taken into account that this is a building that was built between 1950 and 1959, and that the apartment is located on the last, seventh floor, and that the price per square meter, despite this, is as much as 6,500 BAM, which is equal to or even more than the prices new buildings.

The building has an elevator, and the ad states that the owner of the apartment also owns a space in the basement that is not activated.

The apartment consists of a hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, children’s room, toilet, bathroom, bedroom, entrance hallway, loggia and storage room.

The apartment was completely renovated and moved in at the beginning of 2022. Every part in the apartment was replaced, complete new plumbing, electrical and heating installations were made, Klix.ba writes.
